About MAQAM Legal & Consulting Services "Corporation Methods"

MAQAM Legal & Consulting Services law firm is a corporation organized under the laws of Palestine and the Palestinian Bar Association Bylaws, and it's practice the legal profession in all of the Palestinian cities and abroad by its cooperative work relationships with local law firms and International law firms in the other countries.

However, MAQAM Legal & Consulting Services, and any other attorneys or law firms contracted with in a cooperative work relationship are separate and distinct legal entities formed and accordingly governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of their formation.

Upon this, "MAQAM" does not bear any liability due to negligence or legal malpractice that may occur by an attorney or law firm contracted with it. Except in the event that "MAQAM" referred the client’s case to one of these law firms or attorneys, then "MAQAM"’s liability shall be established for any damage, negligence, or malpractice.

The formation of the attorney-client relationship.

In no manner does the communication and/or submitting information through this website create and/or constitute an attorney-client relationship between you and any of our lawyers. Such a legal relationship can only be created and/or constituted through signing our Legal Representation Agreement, and/or signing our Power of Attorney requiring both a signature from the prospective client and an authorized member of our law firm.
